Yes! We always keep tables back for walk-in guests on a first come, first served basis
Don’t worry, your table will be held for 15 mins to allow for travel delays. Please give the team on site a call via the telephone number in your confirmation email and they will hold your table. We ask that all parties arrive within 15 minutes of your allocated reservation time. We will do our best to seat latecomers but cannot gaurantee entry.
We will do all that we can to accomodate a booking extension; please speak to a host on arrival regarding this.
Yes, we quite often get cancellations, so please contact our reservations team and we will keep you updated on any changes in availibility. Alternatively we do also hold tables for walk-in guests on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, drinks can be pre-ordered for your table. We ask that any cancellations for tables with drinks pre-orders be made at least 48 hours before your booking.
Under-18s are permitted in the venue with adult supervision before 19:00. No under-18s are permitted in the venue on Saturdays at any time.
Pets are permitted in the venue every day excluding Saturday.
Yes, please let us know in advance & we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space around it.
Yes, we do have highchairs available. You can either request this when booking or ask the host on arrival.
Yes, we are fully accessible for wheelchair users, including toilet facilities. If you require any special assistance, please do let us know in advance.

We kindly remind all our guests that we do not accept responsibility for any lost or misplaced property. Thank you for your understanding.
No smoking or vaping is permitted either in or outside the premises. Designated smoking areas are on Olympia Way.

Our current closing times are listed the Contact Page. The bars close 30 minutes before the venue closes.

Yes, please make us aware in advance if you have a severe allergy so that we can ensure the team are aware. Please be advised that while we will always take the utmost care, as a commercial kitchen we are unable to guarantee against cross contamination in our kitchens or supply chains.
Yes we accept all cards, including AMEX.
No, we are a cashless venue.
Our restaurant offers table service. If you need any help with a large order, our team on site will help where possible
We’re able to run tabs from the table as well as the bar
Yes! Balloons & banners most welcome but please no confetti or sparklers.
We have a smart casual dresscode. Please refrain from wearing sportswear or you may be refused entry.
